The theme of the day : raising awareness of proper movements and postures to prevent pain, injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) 💪
The objectives of the intervention:
➡️ To help our temporary employees prepare physically for their shifts 🏋️♂️
➡️ To prevent injuries and reduce fatigue ⚡
➡️ To provide advice for a healthier lifestyle 🍏
