Managing responsibility, driving transformation
At buronomic, corporate social responsibility is built on a clear and collective organisation.
Our approach is guided by a structured CSR roadmap, developed and monitored by our CSR Committee, composed of employees from various departments.
This committee oversees the projects, coordinates actions, and measures progress.
To ensure the effectiveness of our approach, several bodies contribute to
turning commitments into concrete actions:
- The CSR Committee steers the roadmap and set priorities.
- The Waste Committee works to reduce, sort, and recover waste at the heart of production.
- The Operational Committee integrates CSR into everyday decision-making.
- The Executive Committee upholds our commitments and ensures consistency across
actions. - The Strategic Committee embeds CSR into major decisions and the company’s long‑term transformation

Because responsibility extends beyond the company, we also support charitable initiatives: the fight against cancer and access to education for all . Our ambition remains unchanged: to continue developing buronomic into a concrete and forward-looking model, where economic performance and responsibility advance together.
Akpadenou Association
Our commitment extends beyond our walls.
In July 2025, we were contacted by Fernando Assogba to support the Akpadenou association in Honfleur, specifically by sending a container of equipment to Benin . This allowed us to give our computer
equipment and office supplies a second life while supporting a charitable project.
We are moving forward with conviction and look forward to seeing buronomic continue to evolve in the years to come, increasingly integrating CSR into the heart of its development.
