Managing responsibility, driving transformation
Corporate social responsibility at buronomic is based on a clear and collective organization
. Our approach is guided by a structured CSR roadmap, developed and monitored by our CSR Committee, composed of employees from different departments.
This committee oversees the projects, coordinates actions, and measures progress.
To ensure the effectiveness of our approach, several bodies contribute to
transforming commitments into concrete actions:
- The CSR Committee guides the roadmap and defines the priorities.
- The Waste Committee reduces, sorts and recovers waste at the heart of production.
- The Operational Committee integrates CSR into daily decisions.
- The Management Committee upholds our commitments and ensures the consistency of
actions. - The Strategic Committee includes CSR in the major choices and transformation
of the company.

For over 40 years, buronomic has designed and manufactured professional furniture with a simple objective: to create durable, useful, and responsible products. In 2024, we took a further step by evolving our CSR approach from commitment to measurable action.

Because responsibility extends beyond the company, we also support charitable initiatives: the fight against cancer and access to education for all. Our ambition remains unchanged: to continue developing buronomic into a concrete and forward-looking model, where economic performance and responsibility advance together.
Akpadenou Association
Our commitment extends beyond our walls.
In July 2025, we were contacted by Fernando Assogba to support the Akpadenou association in Honfleur, specifically by sending a container of equipment to Benin. This allowed us to give our computer
equipment and office supplies a second life while supporting a charitable project.
We are moving forward with conviction and look forward to seeing buronomic continue to evolve in the years to come, increasingly integrating CSR into the heart of its development.
