Project spaces – Corpoworking
The new needs expressed in business (freedom of organisation, socialisation, places for formal or informal interaction) favour hybrid and agile layout methods. Personalisation, comfort, ergonomics and connected tools combined in project spaces to create a space for motivation, creativity and performance of each employee, as individual or within a group.
Coworking spaces
Propose pleasant and comfortable layouts to stimulate the attractiveness of the areas, communication and encourage team interactions, for a better work-life balance while respecting the environment.
Collaborative spaces
Support plural organisations by creating an inspiring, dynamic and pleasant environment depending on the nature of the activities: shared work spaces, individual offices, meeting rooms, break out or dedicated privacy areas.
Communication spaces
Modularity, comfort, well-being are at the center of employees motivations in the workplace; spaces dedicated to communication, formal or informal, open or closed, promote communication and social bonds within shared spaces.
Optimised spaces – Flex Office
Workspaces and quality of life at work: the needs for flexibility, ergonomics and well-being of employees combine with the necessary optimisation of spaces for better team performance and for everyone's satisfaction.
Flexible spaces
Design the variety and fluidity of spaces by defining agile and connected layouts around the different activities, organised according to the needs of each person to work better together.
Individualised spaces
Give meaning to individual or small group work areas, allowing concentration, reflection or privacy, by alternating the allocation between fluid spaces, open areas and others, allocated or more formal for a better balance between activities.
Informal workspaces
Open areas created for social interactions and communication, informal spaces also allow everyone to make them their own and bring them to life through projects and moments of break out, shared or individual.
Functional spaces – Open Space
Organising and structuring workspaces while offering comfort and diversity to each employee is a significant challenge, even in the smallest structures.
Everyone must be able to navigate and act effectively.
Shared spaces
Develop a collective feeling and respect everyone's needs, by designing attractive, ergonomic and user-friendly layouts, that reflect the company's identity.
Ergonomic spaces
The layout of work spaces must take into consideration the morphologies, postures and work habits of each individual. Ergonomics and comfort are fundamental to the quality of life at work; standing or seated, static or mobile, work areas must allow for a diversity of postures, fluidity of tasks and facilitate the use of connected equipment.
Reception and meeting spaces
Synonymous with image and conviviality, the reception area represents the showcase of the company and often combines the formal welcome with a waiting area, which must be pleasant and comfortable.
Meeting or conference spaces, collaborative spaces, must combine modularity, functionality, comfort of layouts and integrate video presentation tools, promoting the quality of communication.
