Buronomic, a company located in Honfleur (Calvados 14), specializing in the design and manufacture of office furniture for over 40 years, is looking for its future BIMA machine operator (M/F) to strengthen its team.
Our company, recognized for the quality and design of its furniture, distributes its products in France and the United Kingdom, through a network of specialist retailers in the design of workspaces.

In this role, you will be involved in operating the BIMA automated machine, within the production department composed of 24 people, and will report to the Team Leader.
The BIMA is a high-performance machining center that combines precision, automation and versatility ; being an operator on this machine means working and developing sought-after technical skills.
You will participate in the industrial production of office furniture using a CNC machine:
- Ensure the machine is set up, started and monitored according to the manufacturing orders.
- Use the main functions of the BIMA machine software: suction cup positioning, machining parameterization/adjustment, specific material parameterization, management and saving of basic programs.
- Check the first parts produced and adjust the parameters if necessary.
- Supply the BIMA machine with raw materials (panels) and cutting tools.
- Carry out quality self-checks, identify non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
- Perform first-level maintenance and ensure the cleanliness of the workstation.
- Strictly adhere to safety instructions and quality procedures.
- Contribute to quality audits and continuous improvement of the line.
- CAP / Bac Pro in industrial production, machining or maintenance (required).
- Experience in operating CNC machines such as BIMA or HOMAG is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret machine programs.
