buronomic, a company located in Honfleur (Calvados 14), specializing in the design and manufacture of office furniture for over 40 years, is looking for its Industrial Painter (M/F) for the creation of a new service.
Our company, recognized for the quality and design of its furniture, distributes its products in France and the United Kingdom through a network of specialist retailers in the design of workspaces.
You will be joining a dynamic and committed company. Teamwork and the competence of each of our employees are the keys to our success.
1 – Unpack the boxes from the pallets:
- Using a forklift, the employee will have to unpack and unpack the boxes of the bases or accessories to be repainted.
2 – Preparation of surfaces to be painted and products to be applied:
- Prepare the surfaces to be painted according to an existing process and the type of support (degreasing, sandblasting, filling, sanding, etc.).
- Trace and make markings, masking (pre-cut, adhesive, etc.) on the surface to be painted, protect the parts not to be painted: masking (pre-cut, adhesive, etc.).
- Adjust the measurements and dosages (quantity, shade, mixture, …).
- Adjust the spray gun and paint flow rates according to the characteristics of the paints and the material to be painted.
3 – Application and drying of the products:
- Adjusting the oven and extraction systems; following the instructions for changing colors according to the defined schedule.
- Application of products by spray gun, brush, roller (paints, varnishes, lacquers). Touch-ups and finishing by hand.
- Monitor the "cooking" process, the drying
4 – Surface inspection and reconditioning:
- Identify non-compliant products, carry out touch-ups, rework finishing, etc
- Drafting quality and production monitoring documents.
- Cleaning and storing painting equipment.
- Reconditioning with new hardware components according to a pre-defined schedule.
5 – Quality:
- Apply the processes, procedures, instructions
- Trigger corrective and preventive actions in the event of non-conformities
- Monitor the evolution of quality indicators
He has time for research and development (testing on new products / materials / types of paints)
- CAP/BEP or Baccalaureate.
- Prior experience in industrial or building painting preferred.
- Knowledge of hand tools used in the painting and industrial fields.
- Skills in handling materials and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge in research and development.
- Attention to detail, rigor and ability to meet deadlines.
