Buronomic, a company located in Honfleur (Calvados 14), specializing in the design and manufacture of office furniture for over 40 years, is looking for its future Line Operator (M/F) to strengthen its team.
Our company, recognized for the quality and design of its furniture, distributes its products in France and the United Kingdom, through a network of specialist retailers in the design of workspaces.

In this role, you will be involved in the operation of an automated production line, within the production department composed of 24 people, and will report to the Production Manager.
You will participate in the industrial production of office furniture using a CNC machine:
- Ensure the adjustments, launch and monitoring of the line according to the manufacturing orders.
- Check the first parts produced and adjust the parameters if necessary.
- Supply the line with raw materials (panels) and cutting tools.
- Carry out quality self-checks, identify non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate the activity of the team of operators assigned to the line.
- Perform first-level maintenance and ensure the cleanliness of the workstation.
- Strictly adhere to safety instructions and quality procedures.
- Contribute to quality audits and continuous improvement of the line.
- CAP / Bac Pro in industrial production, machining or maintenance (required).
- Experience in operating CNC machines such as BIMA or HOMAG is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret machine programs.
