Your role:

As a regional manager, you are the cornerstone between business owners, salespeople and our internal teams.

🎯 Your goal is to manage your distributor network, to promote our business expertise and to conquer new prospects.

🎯 Job Holder's Responsibilities

Product-related tasks:

  • To ensure the best possible distribution of Buronomic and Essential products in the sector
  • Advising and guiding the business owner in choosing their product strategy
  • Negotiate the terms of collaboration with the company
  • Implement marketing actions
  • Ensure the implementation of trade agreements

The tasks related to the distributor network:

  • Diversify the types of distributors to maintain a coherent network
  • Supporting the network through lead management
  • Accompanying distributors to end customers
  • Train and inform salespeople about our products and sales tools

The missions related to the network of prescribers and end clients:

Ensuring prescription in the sector

Identifying business opportunities for the development of private or public companies

Participate in regional and national trade fairs

Missions +

To ensure the collection of field information in order to improve company performance

Inform the Quality department of any confirmed non-conformities

Conduct competitive intelligence

  • Bac +2
  • Product knowledge
  • You have at least one successful initial experience in the field, which allows you to quickly understand the needs and, above all, to activate the right commercial levers to achieve your objectives.
  • Negotiating with tenacity and closing deals by building trust with your interlocutors... are your daily watchwords.
  • Independent and highly organized, you know how to optimize your schedule and prioritize tasks (all with a smile and perfect stress management)
  • A typical week? : 3 days in the field per week (with overnight stays in a hotel) / 2 days of administrative work (often on Mondays and Fridays).

  • 30K (entry-level profile) to 48K (experienced profile) over 12 months – with a progressive salary scale included in our processes.
